Description
The City of Columbus is seeking quotations for rentals for their 2026 Wellness Day Event. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, and will require tents, banquet tables, cocktail or tall round tables, and folding chairs. The price must include delivery, setup/installation, and teardown for all items. The vendor must meet certain eligibility criteria, including having a City of Columbus Contract Compliance Number and not being debarred or suspended from working on federally assisted projects. Key requirements include:
• Providing seating options for up to 400 individuals
• Most tables to be covered with a tent or tents
• Cocktail tables or round tables can be scattered outside of the tent for additional seating
• Tent(s) will be staked in the grass
• Vendors are open to setup ideas but have included their initial plan.
