Description
The State Fiscal Accountability Authority on behalf of The University of South Carolina- Columbia campus, is seeking Request for Qualifications of vendors able to provide Janitorial Services to support the University’s campuses on an as needed basis. The contract term is 1 year with options to renew. Vendors must comply with all applicable requirements stated within the solicitation document. The scope of work includes providing janitorial services, and the contractor will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits.
• The contractor must provide new and suitable equipment, materials, and articles for the work.
• The contractor must defend and hold harmless the State and its entities against any suits or claims arising from the goods or services provided.
• The contractor must comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
• The contractor must provide cost or pricing data upon request.
• The contractor must maintain records for three years from the date of final payment.
