Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a secure, cloud-based case management and claims submission platform to support accredited Veteran Service Officers (VSOs) in the preparation, submission, and tracking of U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) disability benefit claims. The system must provide bidirectional integration with VA systems via approved VA APIs and support end-to-end workflow management for Veteran claims processing.
