Peer and Family Specialist Certification DQ

The Department of Human Services, Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) is seeking a contractor to support and strengthen Colorado’s peer and family specialist credentialing system. The contractor will provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support to improve the certification process, including managing application reviews, maintaining certification systems, and conducting outreach to expand participation. The contractor will also provide services such as database management, committee coordination, and policy development. Key aspects of the job include: • Managing credentialing, certification, or licensing programs • Working with government agencies or large-scale workforce initiatives • Supporting database systems and administrative infrastructure • Coordinating committees and stakeholder groups • Managing federal or state grant funds The ideal contractor will have experience in peer credentialing and certification systems, behavioral health workforce development, and database management.
