The University of Texas at Austin is seeking information from companies regarding capital planning and construction project management system software for use by Owner’s Representatives in a higher education setting. The University plans to use the information gathered to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP). The software should be able to support capital planning and project delivery, and vendors should provide information on their company, software capabilities, and typical timeline for work after award of contract.
• The University has a $5B Capital Plan including approximately 700 active projects.
