The District is seeking a qualified individual or firm to serve as its webmaster, providing continuous website‑management, security, accessibility, and analytics services for all District‑owned sites, primarily using the Finalsite CMS. The contractor will handle routine content updates, technical support, security monitoring, compliance with ADA/WCAG standards, and will develop performance metrics and training for staff. • Manage 17 public‑school websites (Finalsite CMS) – 40‑65 change requests per month. • Provide same‑day/content updates, 24‑hour incident reporting, and monthly accessibility/SEO reports. • Deliver an accessibility‑communication plan and a 90‑day roadmap toward WCAG 2.2 compliance. • Maintain security patches, backups, SSL certificates, and handle all technical troubleshooting remotely. • Submit monthly activity summaries, maintain detailed documentation, and support district staff with training on CMS and best‑practice content creation.
