Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide annual carpet cleaning services for the New Mexico VA Healthcare System. The contract will cover approximately 25,000 square feet of carpeted areas. The contractor will be required to perform the cleaning services in accordance with the Statement of Work, which includes provisions for moving furniture and completing the work during specified hours.
• The contractor must be able to complete the work within the specified timeframe.
• The contractor must be able to provide the necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work.
• The contractor must be able to comply with the VA's limitations on subcontracting.
