The City of Thornton is seeking a vendor to provide portable restroom units (standard and ADA‑compliant) and accompanying hand‑wash stations for municipal events, parks, and other city locations. The contract will be an “all‑or‑none” award with annual renewals through December 31, 2031, requiring delivery, set‑up, weekly cleaning, restocking, and rapid replacement of damaged units. Vendors must submit a detailed pricing form, vendor commitment statement, references, and meet insurance and warranty requirements.
• Supply and service both standard and ADA‑compliant portable restrooms plus wash stations across multiple city sites
• Deliver, set‑up, weekly clean, restock, and pick‑up units within 24 hours of order, with emergency response within 24 hours
• Provide a 1‑year warranty, maintain FOB‑destination pricing, and meet insurance (minimum $2 M CGL, $1 M auto) and performance‑management obligations
