The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Mississippi Valley Division) is seeking a vendor to supply new Flexifloat‑type modular barge sections, connection hardware, and ancillary equipment that will be assembled into a 60‑ft × 50‑ft × 7‑ft T‑shaped marine work platform. The platform must support two 45‑ft JLG mobile elevating work platforms (≈22.7 tons each) and meet a deck load capacity of 5,000 psf, with intact and damaged stability criteria. The contractor must provide design calculations, deliver the complete system to Lock and Dam 14 in Pleasant Valley, IA, and complete delivery within 180 days of award.
