DMVA Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Services

The State of Michigan, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, is seeking a contractor to provide kitchen exhaust cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning kitchen exhaust systems at various locations. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price. The bidder must provide documentation to support the following: must be a certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist (CECS). • The scope of work includes cleaning kitchen exhaust systems at various locations. • The contractor must have experience working with kitchen exhaust systems and must be certified as an Exhaust Cleaning Specialist. • The contract will be for a period of time, but the exact duration is not specified. • The contractor will be required to provide pricing for goods and services sought by the State through this RFP. • The State reserves the right to disqualify a bidder for failure to follow the instructions, and the bidder agrees to respond to all requests from the State, including clarification requests and notices of deficiency.
