The Town of Dumfries is seeking a qualified consulting firm to design and implement a comprehensive executive performance evaluation and compensation framework for its Town Manager and Town Attorney. The scope includes creating evaluation methodologies, compensation benchmarking tools, governance procedures, an electronic evaluation platform, and providing implementation support and training for the Town Council’s long‑term administration.
• Develop objective, legally defensible performance evaluation criteria for senior officials.
