Description
The State of North Dakota’s Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide technical support for the eWIC LegeNDS system, which underpins the state’s WIC program management and related EBT host system. The contract will be awarded without competition to a qualified vendor on the State Bidders List. The work involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ensuring ongoing operational stability of the eWIC platform.
• Provide assistance and technical support for the eWIC LegeNDS application.
• Support the North Dakota Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for WIC (program‑management information system).
• Maintain and troubleshoot the linked EBT host system, delivering expertise, system updates, and issue resolution as needed.
