Description
Gila Crossing Community School seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventative HVAC maintenance for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contract covers routine inspections, filter replacements (MERV 13), and condenser‑coil cleaning for a variety of HVAC and related water‑heating equipment across the campus. Service must be performed bi‑annually for each piece of equipment, with the ability to address corrective actions as needed to keep systems operating within manufacturer specifications.
• Service scope includes 12 package/split DX systems, 10 mini‑split AC units, 4 tank‑less water heaters, numerous pumps, expansion tanks, mixing valves, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and 78 water heaters.
• Contractor must supply and install the specified MERV 13 filters for each piece of equipment on a bi‑annual schedule.
• The base‑year contract runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027, with an optional renewal at the Board’s discretion; proposals are due June 7 2026.
• Evaluation will consider responsiveness, past performance with schools or similar public facilities, reliability, references, and overall price.
• Deliverables are eight hard‑copy copies (1 original + 7 copies) sealed and delivered to the school’s administration office.
