Description
The University of Mississippi is seeking proposals for two separate projects: a Supplier Data Validation Solution and a Community Engagement Tracking & Management Platform. The proposals must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of all envelopes in accordance with the proposal submitted. Specifications are on file in the Office of the Director of Procurement Services and can be viewed/downloaded at https://secure24.olemiss.edu/prelecbids/CurrentBids. The scope of work includes the implementation of a supplier data validation solution and a community engagement tracking & management platform.
• The supplier data validation solution should be able to validate supplier data and ensure its accuracy.
• The community engagement tracking & management platform should be able to track and manage community engagement activities.
• The proposals should include a detailed description of the proposed solution, implementation plan, and pricing.
• The University of Mississippi reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
