The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the system operates efficiently. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to submitting their offer. • The contractor must submit their quotation electronically in a specific format and size. • The contractor must complete and submit the required forms, including SF-1449, Section I, Pricing, and Section 5 Representations and Certifications. • The contractor must provide proof of active SAM Registration.
