Description
The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance is seeking one or more Preferred Suppliers to deliver a secure, compliant virtual payment platform that will reimburse participants in clinical‑research studies conducted by UT System members and affiliates. The solution must integrate with existing research payment workflows, support multiple payment methods, provide detailed reporting, and meet Texas HUB and subcontracting requirements. Bidders must submit a full suite of compliance documents, pricing, and legal acknowledgments through the Jaggaer portal.
• Provide a cloud‑based or hosted virtual payment system capable of disbursing funds to research participants on behalf of multiple UT System entities.
• Deliver related services such as system integration, user support, reporting, and compliance with Texas HUB and subcontracting plans.
• Complete extensive documentation: RFP acknowledgment, price workbook (Excel), HUB Commitment & Texas Subcontracting Plan, price affirmation, execution of offer, legal agreements (with or without red‑lines), W‑9, certificate of insurance, EIR questionnaire, and IT security questionnaire.
• All submissions must be uploaded by 3:00 PM CDT on 10 Sep 2026; the bid is sealed and will be opened after the deadline.
• No pre‑bid meeting, site visit, or question‑deadline is indicated, so bidders should assume they must rely solely on the provided RFP documents.
