The work is aimed at supporting athletics‑related facilities and events across E&I member institutions, requiring expertise in design, implementation, optimization, and strategic planning for AV and digital display environments.
• Provide AV consulting (planning, design, implementation, optimization) for athletic venues and related campus spaces.
• Advise on digital display technologies, including signage, video walls, and content‑management systems.
• Offer broader campus and venue technology consulting to enhance overall technology infrastructure supporting sports and event operations.
• Submit proposals exclusively through the E&I Electronic Sourcing Solution portal by the stated deadline.
