A/C for Grounds Maintenance

The Southern Crescent Technical College is seeking a qualified supplier to provide grounds maintenance services for their main Griffin Campus, Griffin Campus- Site 2, Griffin Ellis Crossing center, and the Henry Shopping Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing overall grounds maintenance, including labor, supervision, equipment, tools, fuel, materials, insurance, bonding, and all other necessary items. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 24, 2026, to discuss the scope of work. The contract is expected to be a long-term agreement, but the exact duration is not specified.
