Qualified Energy Partners List

The Department of Environmental Quality is seeking to establish a Qualified Energy Partners multi-award vendor pool. The successful vendors will provide energy-related services to the State of Montana. The services may include HVAC, fuel, and electricity. The vendors will be required to comply with the instructions and procedures outlined in the RFP. • The RFP includes a prerequisite section that outlines the requirements for vendors. • Vendors must submit their proposals through the eMACS system. • The State of Montana is required to permit the public to examine documents kept or maintained by public agencies. • Vendors must certify compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women. • Vendors must not discriminate against firearm entities or trade associations.
