Description
The City of Forest Park is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional audio production services for outdoor events at Starr Park. The selected contractor shall provide qualified personnel to operate all equipment provided by the contractor, all equipment, labor, setup, operation, and teardown necessary to support high-quality sound production for outdoor events. The City intends to award an as-needed services contract with an initial term of one year and two one-year renewal options.
• The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in audio production services.
• The contractor must have access to professional-grade audio equipment and qualified technical staff.
• The contractor must provide audio production services for city-sponsored concerts, festivals, community gatherings, and other special events throughout the year.
• The contractor must deliver, install, operate, monitor, and remove all audio equipment necessary to support outdoor events.
• The contractor must employ qualified sound engineers and technical staff with experience operating professional sound systems for live performances and community events.
