Description
SEPTA is seeking a qualified contractor to design, furnish, and install a modern Automated Train Control (ATC) system for the L‑Line (Market Frankford Subway Elevated). The work covers full engineering design, supply of hardware, installation, and integration with new M5 vehicles, supporting functions such as ATC, ATO, real‑time vehicle location, and centralized traffic control. Proposals must be submitted in separate technical and cost packages, with mandatory attendance at a pre‑proposal meeting.
