Janitorial Services for Kentucky Board of Cosmetology

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Kentucky Board of Cosmetology. The services will be provided at the Kentucky Board of Cosmetology, located at 1025 Capital Center Drive, Suite 200, Frankfort, KY. The scope of work includes emptying waste baskets, collecting and removing trash, vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and damp mopping non-carpeted floors, cleaning restrooms, and performing other janitorial tasks. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. • The vendor must have experience in providing janitorial services. • The vendor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The vendor must be able to perform the services in accordance with the scope of work. • The vendor must be able to provide proof of insurance. • The vendor must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
