Description
The State of Illinois is seeking to award a contract for the rental of a 200-ton chiller for the Dickson Mounds Museum in Lewistown, IL. The contract is expected to start on May 1, 2026, and end on November 15, 2026. The scope of work includes the rental of the chiller, as well as winterization services in October. The contract will be awarded as a sole economically feasible source to Carrier Corporation.
• The rental of the chiller is for a period of 6 months.
• The chiller must be 200 tons, 20 HP, 480 GPM, with a 48-inch trailer, 150-foot hose span, and 150-foot cable span.
• The winterization services must be performed in October at the Dickson Mounds Museum.
