Description
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide kitchen exhaust cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning kitchen exhaust systems at various locations. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price. The bidder must follow the proposal instructions and provide a complete response to the items indicated in the RFP Structure and Documentation table.
• The RFP includes a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and registration for site visits.
• The bidder must submit a completed Confidential Treatment Form with their proposal.
• The bidder must affirm agreement with the attached Contract Terms.
• The State reserves the right to disqualify a bidder for failure to follow the instructions.
• The State may modify the RFP at any time, and modifications will be posted on the State's website.
