On-Call Leadership & Professional Development Training Services

The City of Santa Cruz is seeking a vendor to provide Leadership and Professional Development Training for its staff. The training program aims to enhance leadership capabilities, improve team performance, foster an inclusive workplace culture, and support individual career growth and organizational effectiveness. The vendor will provide a range of services, including training courses, workshops, and coaching, to meet the needs of the City's staff.
