Murray State University is seeking a qualified vendor to design, supply, install, and commission a new outdoor LED video scoreboard for its baseball stadium (Reagan Field). The contract includes delivery of a full‑color LED video board (options ranging from 13′ × 25′ to 20′ × 40′), structural steel framing, power and data cabling, UPS and rack‑mount equipment, integration with existing NCAA statistics and video replay systems, on‑site training, comprehensive documentation, and a 60‑month warranty with rapid on‑site service. The vendor must hold all necessary permits, provide engineering‑stamped drawings, and be able to respond to service calls within four hours from a local service representative located within 100 mi of campus.
• Provide a multi‑color 346 oval LED board meeting ≥ 7 500 nits brightness, ≥ 192 000 true pixels, 60 fps video, 10 mm pixel pitch.
• Design and fabricate a steel support structure offset 2‑3 ft left of existing truss, with on‑site angle determination.
• Deliver power (25 kW continuous load) and fiber‑optic data via two separate conduit runs from an existing panel 15‑20 yd away.
• Include live‑video software, animation package, operator training (≥ 3 hrs), O&M manuals, spare‑parts inventory (≥ 2 % of modules), and two annual on‑site system check‑ups.
