THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATION OF LIABILITY CLAIMS

The County of Orange is seeking a third-party administrator to handle liability claims for their self-insurance plan. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing current and future claims, including approximately 188 open claims. The vendor must be willing to accept the current pending general liability, auto, and property claims. The contract duration is three years, and the County expects the daily ongoing work to be done remotely, with occasional in-person and Zoom meetings/reviews as needed. Key requirements include the ability to handle claims electronically, with the option for field evaluations with pre-approval.
