IFB 2026000063 Crowdstrike Enterprise Agreement

The State of Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking proposals from authorized resellers for CrowdStrike Brand-Name specific Cybersecurity Solutions. The goal of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a Cooperative Enterprise Agreement that sets common, competitive pricing and standardized terms and conditions for the CrowdStrike platform among the awarded authorized reseller, allowing other public organizations to "piggyback" on the prevailing contract. The agreement will have a mandatory term of one year and four optional one-year renewal periods, for a potential total term of five contract years. Key requirements include: • Providing CrowdStrike brand-name specific licenses and relevant professional services • Ensuring comprehensive, real-time threat detection, prevention, and response capability • Maintaining a centralized and active count of the total number of CrowdStrike licenses purchased by all participating entities • Providing detailed, verifiable, and timely reporting to the State of Colorado Office of Information Technology (OIT) • Cooperating fully with OIT to ensure the integrity of the volume discount structure • Assigning an Account Manager responsible for understanding the structure of the Enterprise Agreement and its terms • Providing active contract management services, including tracking and reporting of relevant usage and financial data.
