Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information on vendors who can provide Brand Name or Equal Baxter Progressa+ ICU Beds. The requirement includes 12 beds with a 36" frame width and 2 beds with a 40" frame width, both with standard features such as in-bed scale, foot of bed egres, chest physiotherapy, and more. The contract is intended to be a firm-fixed price purchase. Respondents are asked to provide capability statements and courtesy market research quotes by December 15, 2025.
• The requirement is for new equipment only, no used or refurbished equipment will be accepted.
• Respondents must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) and have completed their business Online Representations and Certifications Application.
• Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses or Veteran Owned Businesses must be registered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise VetCert Registry.
• The country of origin must be provided.
