The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission. The pricing must be at or lower than the current contracted pricing. • The project requires the supplier to provide VOIP phones that are currently contracted under a Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract number MCSA0003-08. • The supplier must be a part of the current DAS contract to be considered. • The pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid. • The supplier must provide the applicable DAS contract number within the comment column of the grid or in an attachment.
