Ford Vans - Triple Net Invoice including Government Incentives percentage

Iowa DAS Fleet Services is seeking bids from dealerships to establish a fixed percentage rate above the Triple Net Invoice, including Government Incentives, for Ford vans. The contract will begin upon award and will expire on September 30, 2026. The resulting contract will be available to all State Agencies. The Bidder shall provide an itemized Triple Net Invoice (including Government Incentives) for each vehicle, for which the percentage service rate will be applied. • The vehicle price will be set by the manufacturer. • The Bidder shall meet or exceed the specifications listed in the attached vehicle specifications worksheet. • The Bidder shall provide a per mile rate for delivery. • The State of Iowa requires shipping to be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. • The Bidder shall pay a $100 Administrative Fee per vehicle sales made against this resulting Contract.
