Texas Transit Leadership Institute Training

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking a vendor to develop and conduct the Texas Transit Leadership Institute (TTLI) Training program. The program aims to provide leadership training to 25 Texas executive Rural and Urban transit agency leaders. The training will include the use of formal individual assessment tools and in-person group trainings with intersession activities spanning up to nine months in duration. Key aspects of the job include: • Developing a comprehensive training program • Conducting in-person group trainings • Providing individual assessment tools • Managing intersession activities • Delivering the program within a nine-month timeframe The vendor should have experience in developing and conducting similar training programs, and should be able to demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality training services.
