Description
The Muscogee County School District is soliciting bids for the purchase of large equipment for the School Nutrition Program. The equipment includes milk coolers, ice machines, and dishwashers. The contract will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest total delivered cost, provided all bid specifications and conditions are met. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment, and providing maintenance and repair services.
• The contract period will be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two additional years.
• The bidder must provide a quote for each item, including the price, specifications, and warranty information.
• The bidder must also provide documentation, such as a certificate of insurance and a copy of their business license.
• The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding process.
