Intent to Sole Source Constellation for Safety & Security Subscription, Support and Training bundled suite of applications from 7/1/26 - 6/30/27

The City of Tampa is seeking to single source a contract for Constellation for Safety and Security Licenses, Support, Training, and Maintenance. The Constellation platform is a web-based application tool used to sustain the Tampa Urban Area's risk management program for critical infrastructure assessments. The primary core capability is Intelligence and Information sharing, and this product sustains the function of the critical infrastructure catalog preventing the loss of the capability. The prospective bidder must be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer who can quote the product and also provide warranty service, maintenance, or repairs if and when requested for the quoted product provided to the City.
