Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) is seeking information from vendors for the procurement of software licensing for the Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Client Server Application. The purpose of this contract is to provide perpetual licenses for 3 TBs of eDiscovery Platform Processing, Platform Collection, and unlimited Legal Holds, maintenance and support. The contractor shall provide a customer support number for user assistance and guidance in the implementation of Veritas eDiscovery Platform software. The period of performance shall be one year, with the contractor delivering the products within 30 days of receiving the award.
• The contract requires extensive knowledge of the Veritas eDiscovery Platform client-server software application.
• The contractor shall provide perpetual licenses for 3 TBs of eDiscovery Platform Processing, Platform Collection, and unlimited Legal Holds, maintenance and support.
• The contractor shall provide a customer support number for user assistance and guidance in the implementation of Veritas eDiscovery Platform software.
