Oil Water Separator, Clarifier, Sump & Sludge Pumping Services

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is conducting market research to identify potential sources for oil and water separator services. The requirement includes the cleaning, pumping, and disposal of sludge, mud, backwash, and wastewater at seven U.S. Border Patrol locations within the San Diego Sector. Interested contractors must hold a permit to haul backwash and wastewater from the sites and dump at the City of San Diego. The contract is expected to have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, and management necessary to provide hazardous materials collection and disposal. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide information about their company, including business size and socioeconomic status, Unique Entity ID Number, and capability statements. • The contractor must be able to operate a waste disposal truck and vacuum truck to extract liquid and solids from wash rack sumps and dispose of waste materials in a safe and authorized manner.
