Plumbing Services at San Angelo SSLC

The Health and Human Services Commission is seeking a contractor to provide plumbing services at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform plumbing repairs and maintenance. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the contractor will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must have experience in providing plumbing services, including repairs and maintenance. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform plumbing work in the state of Texas. • The contractor must have a good reputation and be able to provide references from previous clients. • The contractor must be able to provide services on an as-needed basis and be available to respond to emergencies. • The contractor must be able to provide a detailed pricing sheet and meet the requirements outlined in the IFB.
