RFP P50732 Kensington Station Phase One Transit Oriented Development Project

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is soliciting development proposals for the Kensington Station Phase One Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project. The project involves designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining a mixed-use development, including multi-family mixed-income housing, retail space, and greenspace. The development will also include a parking facility and a redesigned bus intermodal area. • The proposal should include a technical proposal, a revenue and income proposal, and various forms, such as a no-conflict-of-interest form and a list of proposed subcontractors. • The developer will be responsible for securing financing for the project and obtaining all necessary licenses and permits. • The project will be evaluated based on criteria such as underwriting/risk assessment, organizational structure, project management, and financial capacity. • The contract will be awarded to a single successful proponent, but MARTA reserves the right to award to multiple proponents.
