Description
The Idaho Division of Veterans Services is procuring three new commercial‑grade washing machines and three commercial‑grade gas‑fired dryers for the Idaho State Veterans Home in Pocatello. The vendor must supply brand‑new equipment that meets detailed technical specifications, deliver the units FOB‑destination, install them, remove the existing machines to the dock, and provide all operation manuals, warranty documentation, and on‑site training. The award will be based on the lowest total cost submitted on the mandatory price‑sheet, and the contract will require the vendor to maintain specific insurance coverages.
• Supply 3 washers (62‑80 lb capacity) and 3 gas dryers (75‑100 lb capacity) meeting UL/ETL (and CSA for dryers) standards.
• Deliver, install, and test the equipment within 30 days after receipt of order; remove old units to the dock only.
• Provide full warranty (minimum 1‑year parts/labor, 3‑5‑year drum/motor) and U.S.‑based technical support for at least 10 years.
• Submit a complete bid package via LUMA (including Exhibits A‑D) by 5 PM MT on Oct 30 2026.
