J066--Bruker CellScape System Preventative Maintenance Services Boise VAMC B 4

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for preventative maintenance and repair services for a Bruker Spatial Biology CellScape Proteomics System at the Boise VAMC. The contract will be a firm-fixed price service contract, and the contractor must be Bruker trained and authorized to repair and provide service to this system. The scope of work includes annual preventative maintenance, service calls to repair instrument malfunctions, cost of replacement parts, labor and travel, and software updates. • The instrument's initial warranty will expire on 7/23/2026, and the contractor will be required to work during normal Boise VA Medical Center's business hours. • The contractor will not have access to the VA internet network system or patient information and will not require routine access to VA Facilities. • The contractor must provide a capabilities statement addressing the requirements in the Statement of Work. • The Government is not obligated to pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice.
