NexusPark Bus Stop

The City of Columbus is seeking quotes for the NexusPark Bus Stop public improvement project. The project involves completing the specified work by April 3, 2026. The City requires a Comprehensive Compliance Form (CCF) and a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $300,000 for any one person and $1,000,000 for any one accident. The contractor must also obtain a Request for Special Use of Right of Way for any street, traffic lane, alley, parking space, or sidewalk closure. • The signed Quote Form will be the contract. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. • Failure to complete the project on time will result in liquidated damages of $100 per calendar day. • Quotes will be accepted only through the electronic bidding system, Ion Wave Technologies.
