The City of Blue Springs, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide alcohol beverages at Blue Surf Bay Waterpark – Lookout Bar. The selected vendor will operate the Blue Surf Lookout Bar and provide concession alcohol beverage services. The concession stand operates from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day, and the vendor will be responsible for maintaining equipment and providing staff for special events. The proposal should include pricing, experience, references, and a detailed timeline.
• The vendor must provide all equipment necessary for the provision of concession alcohol beverage services, except for some equipment provided by the City.
