Description
The Texas State University System is soliciting proposals for the lease of 20-40 beds for additional student housing serving the Texas State University Round Rock Campus. The selected respondent will provide lease of property to be managed by the Department of Housing and Residential Life at Texas State University. The primary goal of the project is to enable the university to further its goals and mission with regards to excellence in education, to promote the success of all students, and to provide the necessary services, resources, and infrastructure to support the university’s strategic direction.
