Rebid IAR Goggin Refrigerant System Replacement

This project involves the replacement of the ice plant at Miami University. The scope of work includes furnishing, installing, testing, and placing into satisfactory operation the ice systems. The contractor shall provide all new materials indicated on the drawings and/or in the specifications, and all items required to make the ice systems work a finished and working system. The contractor shall also coordinate with other contractors and ensure that the work is done in accordance with the contract documents and any health or safety precautions required by regulatory agencies. Key features of the project include: * Replacement of the ice plant * Installation of new refrigeration systems * Coordination with other contractors * Compliance with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations * Provision of operation and maintenance manuals * Warranty for all work done
