Description
The Board of Clark County Commissioners, through the Department of Job & Family Services, is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the boiler(s), complete pipe‑fitting, and replace hot‑water circulation pumps in Building C (1345 Lagonda Ave, Springfield, OH). The contract is for a single award, with the Department administering the work. The project must be completed by November 30 2026 and must use high‑efficiency boilers of equal or better quality to Weil‑McLain, with separate cost line items for copper pipe replacement. Ameresco will handle building‑control integration; the vendor is not responsible for that portion.
