Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide custodial and mowing services for the Palatka North Florida Aquatic Plant Control Field Unit. The proposed project will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract with a base of twelve months and four option years of twelve months each. The services shall include refuse and recycling pick up, janitorial services, and lawn care services.
• Refuse and recycling pick up at three locations
• Janitorial services including cleaning offices, restrooms, and conference rooms
• Lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and herbicide application
The contractor shall provide these services at three locations in Palatka, Florida. The period of performance for the base year is from 01 Dec 2026 to 30 Nov 2027, with four option years.
