HYCU Maintenance and Support

The Maryland Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and support for HYCU, a software solution. The contract will be for one year, from August 30, 2026, to August 29, 2027. The contractor will be required to provide enterprise resilience, premium enterprise support service, remote consultation, and remote training and education services. The solicitation is only open to authorized Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012). • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all necessary information and documents. • The contractor must provide a letter of authorization (LOA) with their bid to be considered for the award. • The contract will be for a total of 1724 CPU cores, with a term start date of August 30, 2026, and a term end date of August 29, 2027. • The contractor will be required to provide remote consultation and remote training and education services. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the state.
