Description
The City of Quincy is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the rental and delivery of tables, chairs, and various associated event equipment for municipal events. Bidders must provide pricing for the setup and takedown costs, which will be used to establish rental rates for a term contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specified requirements.
• The bid must include firm bid prices and any allowable discounts.
• Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "BID ENCLOSED" with the time and date of the bid call.
• Bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Department, City Hall, until April 17, 2025, at 11:45 a.m.
