Eppendorf laboratory supplies and services

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide Eppendorf laboratory supplies and services. The contractor will be required to provide parts and services to maintain and increase laboratory bioreactor capabilities. The scope of work includes replacing worn components and increasing laboratory capabilities. The contractor must provide new manufactured commercial items from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM-approved source. The evaluation criteria include technical acceptability, price, and past performance. • The contractor must provide pH/Redox sensors, a 10L water jacket direct-drive vessel, and a single instance maintenance contract. • The contractor must perform maintenance and provide parts within the specified timeframe. • The contractor's personnel must be knowledgeable in the technical specifications and operation of the BioFlo 320. • The contractor's personnel must meet the security screening requirements to enter the NCAH campus.
