Custodial Services - Coastal Georgia Center

Savannah State University is seeking a supplier to perform custodial services for the Coastal Georgia Center located at 305 Fahm Street, Savannah, GA. The selected supplier will be required to provide custodial services in accordance with APPA Level II/III standards. The contract term will be from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, with four one-year options to renew. The supplier must be able to meet all delivery requirements and provide the necessary equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies. • The supplier must have at least three years of experience managing custodial service contracts of similar size and scope. • The supplier must designate a General Manager with a minimum of three years of concurrent management experience in custodial operations of similar scale. • The supplier must provide sufficient staffing to maintain APPA Level II/III standards for all specified areas and shifts. • The supplier must maintain a qualified substitute pool to ensure continuity of service during absences or staff shortages. • The supplier must conduct criminal background checks compliant with State of Georgia and University System of Georgia (USG) standards prior to assignment.
